Step in to your very own in ground private swimming pool in my executive rental home. This home is completely furnished with new furniture, alarm system, bedding, towels and linens, dishes and pots and pans, washer and dryer and ice maker refrigerator, telephone service, lawn and pool service!

This is a hotel style rental accommodation that provides luxury only found in a single family private home.

This executive home is fully furnished with luxurious furniture, Therapedic queen sized beds, all sheets, towels, basic dishes and cooking utensils, garage and off street parking, telephone, cable and internet, all utilities are paid by the owner.

Located in a very convenient neighborhood inside loop 410, near North Star Mall and Alamo Quarry Mall (one mile) and the San Antonio Airport (2.5 miles), close to 410 and 281, so commuting to Ft. Sam (5.7 miles), Randolph AFB (18.4 miles), or downtown (approximately 6 miles), Six Flags Fiesta (13 miles) or Sea World (17 miles) is accessible in minutes from home when you stay at one of my Executive Rental properties. It takes me about ten minutes non-rush hour to get to the Alamo at the River Walk (Paseo del Rio).

This is a lovely corner lot with lots of trees and features a 2,000 square foot stone house with a large fenced-in rear yard.

Home features a master bedroom suite with private bath and very formal his and hers dressing room (brand new Queen-sized Therapedic bed), plus a private deck for outdoor private relaxing and a Hot Tub to relax in with friends and family.

There are two good sized bedrooms (each with a brand new Queen-sized Therapedic bed) with a luxurious shared bath, the bedrooms are separated from the rest of the home by a hallway door.

There is a formal living and dining room (these close off from the rest of the home, perfect for a business meeting or social event away from the den and the family), plus it has a full sized sofa bed which will sleep up to two more persons.

Featured is a beautiful family room with television and home office desk, which overlooks the pation and the in ground pool. Naturally there is a fully furnished and modern kitchen with cooking utensils, dishes and glassware.

The garage with an electric door also has a laundry room, which has a full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Last but not least, this home features an in-ground pool maintained by the Owner and a Hot Tub. The nice grounds are also maintained by the owner.

Restrictions	Due to insurance liability issues with the swimming pool, no children allowed from Toddler to eight years of age. No smoking inside the house, smoking allowed outside. Please respect this rule, this house smells fresh and clean and free from smoking. There is a fine for smoking inside this home. No Pets Allowed

Golf courses are all over, highly recommended are the Palmer Course, the Quarry, and Pecan Valley Tennis Court Locations Theme Park (Amusement Parks) Six Flags Fiesta, Sea World, Schlitterbahn Water Park at New Braunfels, Texas, Splash Town San Antonio (You can buy tickets to these parks at the HEB Grocery!) Brackenridge Park San Antonio Zoo San Antonio Botanical Garden (It is just amazingly beautiful, well worth a visit! Just 5 miles from home! San Antonio Japanese Tea Garden (free, highly recommended, 2-1/2 miles from your rental home!) Shopping - North Star Mall, one mile away! The Alamo Quarry Market one mile away has a Whole Foods Market! Sightseeing - See Japanese Tea Garden above, the Alamo, Market Square (a favorite at Market Square is every Monday starting at 11:30 AM for an hour, enjoy local jazz artists perform as you brown bag a lunch. Its wonderful! Also visit the River Walk (Paseo del Rio, La Villita, the San Antonio Missions, King William Historic District. Plan a day trip to the Texas Hill Country, Hill Country Wineries, Historic Fredericksburg, Texas, Historic New Braunfels, Texas Restaurants (San Antonio has scores of fine dining. I have listed the ones that are my favorites and those that tend to be close to my rental homes. A few of my favorite restaurants are: Swimming - Swimming is available and included in your stay with San Antonio Executive Rental. Rent Pool House and have your own private in-ground pool, or stay in one of the other homes and enjoy a brand new shared above ground pool (shared by Stone House, Trail Rider House, Atrium House, Glass House). Or visit one of the many water parks listed above under Theme Parks, or try tubing at New Braunfels (see link at Tubing) Tubing at New Braunfels or visit Canyon Lake Bicycle Trails - Found a site with over one hundred bicycle routes - happy pedaling! Hiking Health/Beauty Spa Antiquing - San Antonio has many antique shops. Also visit Historic Fredericksburg Cinemas/Movie Theaters Live Theatre - Majestic and Empire Theatres, San Pedro Playhouse, Josephine Theatre, Arneson Theatre (located at the River Walk, the stage is on one side of the river and the audience sits outside on the other side of the river!) On Friday and Saturday evenings enjoy the famous Fiesta Noche Del Rio dance and music company at the Arneson! Museums - Witte Museum has adult and children's sections, very nice for the whole family. Museums - The San Antonio McNay Modern Art Museum opens June 7, a must see and do Museums - The San Antonio Museum of Art Museums - Blue Star Contemporary Art Center Museums -San Antonio Children's Museum First Friday art crawl on South Alamo is a must!
