Step in to your very own private Executive Rental Home with a lovely peninsula Kitchen and Great room. This home is completely furnished, and includes an ADT alarm system, bedding, towels and linens, dishes and pots and pans, washer and dryer and ice maker refrigerator, telephone service, lawn service, cable modem and expanded cable television in all bedrooms and living room and family room!

This is a hotel style rental accommodation that provides luxury only found in a single family private home.

Located in a very convenient neighborhood inside loop 410, near North Star Mall and Alamo Quarry Mall (one mile) and the San Antonio Airport (2.5 miles), close to 410 and 281, so commuting to Ft. Sam (5.7 miles), Randolph AFB (18.4 miles), or downtown (approximately 5 miles) is accessible in minutes from home when you stay at one of my Executive Rental properties. It takes me about ten minutes non-rush hour to get to the River Center Mall. There is an HEB grocery store, a Blockbuster Video, a Walgreens pharmacy, a liquor store within two blocks of this fine home.

This house features a lovely lot with a fenced-in rear yard. There is a carport and an on site surface parking area for several cars.

Home features a master bedroom suite with private bath and very large dressing room/closet. The Master bedroom overlooks the rear yard.

Two more good sized bedrooms feature a Queen-sized Therapedic beds with a shared bath.

There is a combination Living Room and Dining Room "Great Room" that is adjacent to the kitchen. The Great Room features a Color Television with DVD Player/CD Player, a pull out double sofa bed, one additional sofa, and a dining room table that seats 6 - 8 persons.

The newly rehabbed kitchen features a refrigerator with ice and water in the door, a combination oven/range, ceiling fan lighting, a microwave, breakfast bar, and has all the items necessary to cook good meals. There is a single twin day bed in the kitchen area suitable to sleep one additional person.

*We do not maintain a hot tub at this home due to the fact that we have many families with small children who do not want a hot tub. All of our other homes do have separate private hot tubs.  If you want a hot tub, kindly check out the other homes.
   
INTRODUCING POOL DOME
There is a shared above ground swimming pool WITH DOME COVER for the use of the Guests of the Stone House, Trail House and Glass House. It does have a solar heating system, and as of Thanksgiving Day this year it also sports a new Sun Dome! Shown here is a photograph of the Sun Dome as it will look in winter and  months from October 31 to April 30. Now the Pool is is usable from March through December but only as weather permits.  So far I have had two families of kids swim in it Thanksgiving week 2010 who really like the Pool Dome!  The Pool tends to be more kid friendly than an in-ground pool. The pool size is 4 feet deep and 21 feet in diameter. The pool area is fenced off from the rest of the private rear yards, and has a locked gate access for pool enjoyment.  Guests are required to sign a waiver to use the Pool.  There is no life guard on duty, you swim at your own risk. No pool temperature is expressed or implied, it is heated as-is where is to the maximum amount the Pool Dome and the solar heater can provide.
